2023 REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
Last year we celebrated TEN YEARS of Islay Beach mission! With the help of a team from Scripture Union Scotland, the churches together on Islay have run a week of summer fun. Each year we have a theme and in recent years have been to space, the arctic and under the sea! Along the way we explore Bible stories, discuss life’s big questions and learn about our great big God!
9th- 12th August 2023!
This year things will run a little different as we have the help of a new team!
- On the Wednesday 9th, Friday 11th & Saturday 12th
Children in P1 and above will gather between 11am & 2pm for the usual games, crafts, messy challenges and silly sketches!
- On Thursday 10th there is the famous Islay Agricultural Show
so instead of day time activities we will be running an evening event for the teenagers.
On Saturday 12th
We will also be having our annual ceilidh on the beach. A celebration evening open for families and all the community to attend.
On Sunday 13th
Islay Baptist Church will join with St John’s Church in Port Ellen for a joint all age service to celebrate the week.
Absolutely everyone is welcome, no matter what your ability is. So don't worry if you're not good at remembering words or crafts - the Holiday Club is friendly and fun!
*Children Must have completed one full year in P1 to be old enough.
